The Participants will become the member of the library from the commencement of the programme.

All the members of the library can access all the resources in the library and online resources on their desktop or laptop.
- Make sure to make entry in the visitor’s register while entering in the library which is kept at library gate.

While entering the library, readers should leave their personal belongings, such as bags, brief-cases, personal books, and parcels near the counter reserved for this purpose. However, they can carry loose papers and note books.

The NIFM Library follows an open access system.

Books or other materials taken from the stacks should not be re-shelved by the readers but should be left on the tables reserved for this purpose. Please remember that a book misplaced is a book lost.

Reference or Rare books and unbound issues of journals, periodicals and corporation reports will not be issued.

Readers should maintain peace in the library and should not disturb other users in any way.

Reference and information services would be provided to the participants on demand.

Inter-Library loan facilities would be provided to the participants on demand from the DELNET.

On-line Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) can be access by the participants on their laptop or Desktop.

Xerox facility is available @ 1.00 per exposure.

After the due date, overdue will be charged Rs. 1.00 per day on each book and the same will be collected at the time of NOC

Books will not be issued without membership card. In case lose of card, report immediately at the circulation counter.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the library.

In case any book is lost/ damaged/underlined, it has to be replaced by the user. In case replacement is not possible, cost of the book will be charged. Therefore users are requested to ensure about the condition of the book before borrow.

At the end of the programme the participants have to clear their dues from the library.
